Lacto Japan Establishes Subsidiary in Vietnam

TOKYO, Jul 14 (Pulse News Wire) – Lacto Japan CO.,LTD. (3139.T) announced the establishment of its subsidiary, Lacto Vietnam Co., Ltd., in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The move aims to expand the company's Asian operations by creating a local base for dairy product raw materials and cheese sales. The new entity, scheduled to begin operations in October 2026, will have a capital of $1,300,000 and will be wholly owned by Lacto Asia Pte.

Ltd., a subsidiary of Lacto Japan based in Singapore. The General Director of Lacto Vietnam will be Fujikawa Mitsuru, who also serves as the Managing Director of Foodtech Products (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

The initial impact on Lacto Japan’s consolidated performance is expected to be minor, but the company will promptly disclose any significant developments related to this venture.
