IK Holdings Withdraws Mid-Term Business Plan Due to Performance Delays

– IK Holdings CO.,LTD. (2722.NG) announced on July 14 that it has withdrawn its mid-term business plan due to delays in performance progress and deviations from anticipated growth strategy conditions.

Originally set to run until May 2028, the plan aimed to achieve numerical goals through expanding Korean cosmetics domestically and leveraging diverse sales channels and product lines. However, structural challenges in controlling product development and distribution led to significant setbacks, prompting the decision to reassess future plans.

Going forward, the company intends to reconstruct its group structure to ensure sustainable and stable growth despite fluctuating market environments. Currently, IK Holdings has established a "Group Management Reform Conference" to develop a robust revenue model independent of external factors and a realistic new mid-term business plan focused on long-term growth.

Specific details of the new plan will be disclosed promptly upon completion.
