TOKYO, Jul 14 (Pulse News Wire) – Sanko Gosei Ltd. (7888.T) decided at a board meeting held today to record arbitration-related expenses of ฿734 million yen (¥3.599 billion).

The costs arise from ongoing negotiations aimed at resolving an arbitration case filed against its Thai subsidiary, Sanko Gosei (Thailand) Co., Ltd., by Aisin Corp. The arbitration proceedings began when STL received the filing documents on February 16, 2026 (local time).

Increased negotiation duration led to higher associated fees and potential operational impacts, prompting the decision to recognize these expenses.
