Sanko Gosei Reports Special Losses for FY2025-2026

TOKYO, Jul 14 (Pulse News Wire) – Sanko Gosei Ltd. (7888.T) reported special losses totaling ¥1.023 billion due to significant declines in the equity valuation of its subsidiary, Sanko Gosei (Thailand) Co., Ltd., amid deteriorating operating performance and financial conditions.

Additionally, the company recorded provisions of ¥1.748 billion to address potential investment losses related to the subsidiary's weakened financial state. The special losses, which stem from the impairment of related company stock and provisions for investment losses, will not impact the consolidated financial results as they will be offset within the consolidated financial statements.
