Nagaileben Implements Executive Officer System and Announces New Management Structure

TOKYO, Jul 14 (Pulse News Wire) – Nagaileben CO.,LTD. (7447.T) implemented an executive officer system effective September 1, 2026, aiming to enhance corporate governance and respond swiftly to changing business environments.

Under this new structure, the board of directors will reduce its membership from nine to six members, with two independent outside directors maintaining a one-third ratio. Key appointments include: - President and CEO Zawatoko IchiroExecutive Officer - Senior Executive Officer Shizuo Nakahara, concurrently serving as Managing Director and Head of Corporate Planning Department - Senior Executive Officer Yasuyoshi Yamamoto, continuing as Deputy General Manager of Business Development Department and becoming Special Advisor post-retirement - Other newly appointed executives include Takumi Taguchi, Junpei Zawatoko, Kohei Zawatoko, Kazuya Sato, and Kazumasa Imai.
