TOYO Denki Seizo K.K.(Toyo Electric Mfg. Co. Announces Organizational Changes and Executive Appointments
TOKYO, May 18 (Pulse News Wire) – Toyo Denki Seizo K.k.(toyo Electric Mfg.co.,ltd.) (6505.T) has decided on organizational changes and executive appointments effective June 1, 2026. The changes include restructuring the Development Center into the Business Development Center and Technology Center, integrating the ICT Solution Business Division into the Transportation Business Division, and abolishing the Materials Department.
In addition, several executives have been reappointed, while some roles have changed. Notably, Okuyama Naoki's responsibilities have shifted from overseas operations, production, and transportation business to solely overseeing overseas operations and production. Additionally, Okamoto Shuichiro has been newly appointed as deputy head of the Transportation Business Division’s planning department and JR sales department.
The company also noted that Takahashi Takuya will take on additional responsibilities as the head of the Business Development Center and development planning department. Furthermore, Ota Akihiro will now focus exclusively on transportation business management, previously handling ICT solutions. Other key appointments and role adjustments have been made across various departments, ensuring continuity and strategic alignment within the organization.
