TOKYO, Jul 14 (Pulse News Wire) – Environment Friendly Holdings Corp. (3777.T) announced that its subsidiary, EF Electric, will rename itself to EF AI Infrastructure Co., Ltd.

And expand its business scope to include AI server sales, GPU servers, and related infrastructure solutions. The changes, approved by the board on July 14, 2026, will take effect on July 15, 2026 following shareholder approval scheduled for July 14, 2026. The move aims to strengthen the group's push towards green digital initiatives, particularly in AI data center operations and GPU server sales.
