Bookoff Group Holdings Revises Dividend to 1.3

TOKYO (Pulse News Wire) — Bookoff Group Holdings Ltd. [9278.T] corrected its dividend forecast for the fiscal year ending May 2026.

The dividend was revised to ¥1.3 from ¥9.2 per share. The correction was disclosed on July 14, 2026 after errors were identified in the interim earnings report.
