TOKYO, May 13 (Pulse News Wire) – Tokyo Soir CO.,LTD. (8040.T) completed the issuance of restricted shares as part of executive compensation on May 13, 2026.

According to the resolution made during the board meeting held on April 14, 2026, the company distributed its ordinary shares totaling 17,400. Each share was valued at ¥1,078, resulting in a total distribution amount of ¥18.8 million.

This issuance pertains to executives excluding outside directors and audit committee members who serve as directors. Additionally, nine non-executive officers also received the restricted shares.
