NZAM ETF J-Reit Index Announces Expected Dividend Payments

TOKYO, Jul 13 (Pulse News Wire) – NZAM ETF J-REIT Index (1595.T) announced expected dividend payments based on calculations up to July 10, 2026. The calculation end date is set for July 15, 2026.

For the ETF linked to the JP Real Estate Index, the expected dividend per 100 units is ¥1,760. Similarly, for the TOPIX Ex-Financials ETF, the expected dividend per 100 units is ¥1,740.

Additionally, the ETF associated with the JP REIT Core Index is projected to distribute ¥1,940 per 100 units. Lastly, the overseas bond ETF excluding Japan (539A) without currency hedging is anticipated to yield ¥4,070 per 100 units.
