Nippon Paint Holdings TOOLS WITH ACZO NOBEL BUILDING PAINT BUSINESS TAKEOVER PROPOSAL

TOKYO, Jul 13 (Pulse News Wire) – Nippon Paint Holdings CO.,LTD. (4612.T) reported today that Bloomberg had published a report suggesting the company proposed acquiring Akzo Nobel's building paint business.
