Manabi-Aid Corrects Shareholding Details

TOKYO, Aug 03 (Pulse News Wire) – Manabi-aid Co.,Ltd. (184A.T) corrected shareholding details disclosed on July 30.

According to the correction, Iyoshi Capital Partners Corporation (ICP) now holds more than 51.63% of voting rights through its subsidiary NOVA Holdings, making it the parent company. Previously, ICP was classified as another related company but now also qualifies as a major shareholder due to indirect control exceeding 51.63%. Additionally, NOVA Holdings remains the primary shareholder with 51.63% direct voting rights.

At the 12th regular shareholders' meeting held on July 30, six directors and one audit committee member were approved, including Minoru Ono from NOVA Holdings who brings extensive experience in educational institutions, and Naeko Kameya, known for her expertise in ICP matters. The revised disclosure clarifies that ICP indirectly controls more than 51.63% of total voting rights through NOVA Holdings, thus qualifying as the parent company. This adjustment affects previous statements made on April 30 regarding relationships and transactions with controlling shareholders.
