Manabi-Aid Appoints New Board Members Effective July 30

– Manabi-aid CO.,LTD. (184A.T) announced on June 26 that it had appointed several new board members effective July 30, pending approval at the upcoming annual shareholders' meeting scheduled for July 30.

Among the appointments, Hiroyuki Hirose will transition from president to chairman, while Naoyoshi Morimitsu, formerly of SMBC Nikko Securities and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, will join as an external director. Additionally, Naomi Kamiyama, currently managing director at Nova, will take up the role of audit committee member.

The company also confirmed that Minoru Kunii and Takao Ono will step down from their respective roles. Notably, Ono, who is set to retire as an audit committee member, will concurrently be elected as the new president during the same shareholder meeting.

This restructuring comes as part of the company's strategic realignment aimed at enhancing governance and operational efficiency.
