KOEI Chemical Company Chemical to Delist Shares Following Share Exchange Agreement with Sumitomo Chemical

– Koei Chemical Company,limited (4367.T) announced that its ordinary shares will be delisted from the Tokyo Stock Exchange's Standard Market on July 30, 2026. This decision follows the approval of a share exchange agreement with Sumitomo Chemical Co., Ltd.

At the company’s regular shareholders' meeting held on June 25, 2026. Under the agreement, Sumitomo Chemical will acquire KOEI Chemical through a stock-for-stock transaction, making KOEI Chemical a wholly-owned subsidiary.
