Kanro Sets Buyback Price at 1,100

TOKYO, Jul 31 (Pulse News Wire) – Kanro Inc. (2216.T) announced today that the buyback price for its own shares through the ToSTNeT-3 system was determined to be ¥1,100.

This follows their previous notice regarding the acquisition and purchase of own shares via the ToSTNeT-3 system and the cancellation of those shares. Kanro Inc.

Had previously disclosed plans for acquiring and purchasing its own shares through the ToSTNeT-3 system and now confirms the final buyback price based on the closing price of July 31.
