TOKYO, Jul 31 (Pulse News Wire) – Nichiha Corporation (7943.NG) announced that its board of directors, meeting on July 31, approved a share buyback program based on Article 165 of the Companies Act. The company plans to repurchase up to 760,000 shares through the ToSTNeT-3 system on August 3, 2026, at 8:45 AM.
