J-Holdings Corp. Sets Date for Special Shareholders Meeting Amid Controversy

TOKYO, Aug 07 (Pulse News Wire) – J-Holdings Corp. (2721.T) announced that a special shareholders meeting ("special general meeting") will take place on Friday, September 04, 2026 at 11 AM.

The meeting was ordered by the Tokyo District Court following a request from shareholder Noah Group Holdings Co., Ltd.
