Ikuyo Corrects PSU Allocation Details

TOKYO, Aug 05 (Pulse News Wire) – Ikuyo CO.,LTD. (7273.T) corrected details of its performance-linked stock award program (PSU) announced on August 04, 2026.

The company apologized for errors found in the initial announcement and revised the allocation figures accordingly. In the original notice, the number of PSUs allocated was incorrectly stated.

According to the corrections: - Two directors would now receive a combined total of up to 207,000 PSUs instead of 207,000 PSUs previously mentioned. - Other eligible individuals, comprising executives and employees of IKUYO and its subsidiaries, would receive a combined total of up to 693,000 PSUs, down from 693,000 PSUs originally reported.
