Geechs Reports 76.7% Increase in Operating Profit for FY26/3

– Geechs Inc. (7060.T) reported a significant increase in operating profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026, marking a rise of 76.7% compared to the previous year.

Revenue for the same period reached ¥25.162 billion, exceeding the planned figure of ¥25.162 billion by 875%. Operating profit surged to ¥800 million, up from ¥495 million in the prior fiscal year, while net income jumped to ¥550 million from ¥49 million. In the fourth quarter alone, revenue grew by 220%, reaching ¥7 billion, significantly higher than the ¥6.457 billion recorded in the corresponding quarter last year. Operating profit also saw a substantial improvement, increasing by 240% to ¥643 million from ¥180 million in the same period previously.

For the upcoming fiscal year ending March 2027, Geechs plans to achieve an operating profit target of ¥1 billion, representing a growth of 10% over the current year's performance. The company aims to enhance its position as a partner solving enterprise challenges through initiatives such as AI-driven development and lab-based project acceptance. Additionally, Geechs intends to focus on high-quality, low-cost digital transformation services for small businesses via its DX/AX planner model. The company also announced a dividend payout plan for the fiscal year ending March 2026, projecting a ¥325 per share annual dividend, marking a 7.7% increase from the previous year’s ¥30 per share.

Geechs expects to maintain a dividend yield of 51.6%, aiming for seven consecutive years of dividend payments.
