Noritsu Koki Completes Acquisition of MAVEN SAS Through Subsidiary AlphaTheta

TOKYO, Aug 03 (Pulse News Wire) – Noritsu Koki CO.,LTD. (7744.T) completed the acquisition of MAVEN SAS through its subsidiary, AlphaTheta Corp., on August 03, 2026.

AlphaTheta, based in Minatomirai, Yokohama, specializes in DJ/club equipment, commercial audio gear, and music production tools. As of December 31, 2025, AlphaTheta had a capital of ¥100 million. MAVEN SAS, headquartered in Paris, operates an online education subscription platform focused on music production and sound engineering. Its capital stood at €100,000 as of ¥18 million.

The transaction was valued using a discounted cash flow (DCF) method ranging from €¥20.8 million to €¥35.7 million, evaluated by independent appraiser COHEN PARTNERS. Noritsu Koki used internal funds for the purchase without seeking external financing. Looking ahead, MAVEN SAS is expected to join Noritsu Koki's consolidated group starting from the third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2026.
