Geechs CEO becomes controlling shareholder with 64.97% stake

TOKYO, Jun 26 (Pulse News Wire) – Geechs Inc. (7060.T) announced that its CEO, Soeno Haruhiro, became a controlling shareholder with a combined direct and indirect shareholding of 64.97%.

As of March 31, 2026, Soeno Haruhiro held 26.59% of the voting rights through direct holdings and an additional 38.38% through related entities, totaling 64.97%. Soeno Haruhiro's personal asset management firm holds shares that bring his total holding above the majority threshold.

However, the company stated there are currently no transactions between the group and Soeno Haruhiro or his asset management company. Any future transactions would require thorough review by the board of directors to ensure minority shareholders' interests are protected.
