TOKYO, Jul 09 (Pulse News Wire) – Flier Inc. (323A.T) corrected a previous announcement due to a calculation error affecting its circulating share value.
On May 25, 2026, the company had incorrectly reported its circulating share value, which led to an inaccurate assessment of meeting the Tokyo Stock Exchange's listing maintenance criteria. After re-evaluating the data, it was confirmed that the company met all listing standards without entering an improvement period. Specifically, the error occurred during the aggregation of shares held by domestic business entities, leading to a double exclusion of certain shares. As a result, the circulating share count and total value were understated.
Upon resubmitting the corrected figures to the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Flier received confirmation on July 08, 2026, that its circulating share value exceeded the required threshold of ¥500 million as of February 28, 2026. In light of this correction, the company revised the previously disclosed status report, changing the circulating share value from ¥532 million to ¥456 million. Additionally, the number of shareholders decreased from 1,223 to 1,223 people, while the circulating share ratio remained unchanged at 29.05%. Going forward, Flier plans to continue efforts aimed at sustainable business growth and enhancing corporate value, as outlined in their business plan.
The company also intends to strengthen internal verification processes to prevent similar errors in the future.
