Flier Sees Strong Enterprise Segment Growth, Acquires Zealox

TOKYO, May 25 (Pulse News Wire) – Flier Inc. (323A.T) reported robust growth in its enterprise segment, achieving approximately 2.3 times higher sales over the past three years.

Additionally, the company acquired Zealox Corp. in February 2026, enhancing its consumer segment's performance through contributions from subsidiary AIStep Inc. In the fiscal year ending February 2026, Flier Inc.'s enterprise segment saw a recovery trend, reversing previous revenue declines. Meanwhile, the consumer segment experienced significant growth due to the integration of AIStep Inc.

And the acquisition of Zealox Corp. Looking ahead, Flier Inc. forecasts strong performance for the fiscal year ending February 2027, expecting revenues of ¥1.630 billion (a more than 1.5-fold increase from the prior year) and operating profits of ¥100 million (more than tripling compared to the previous year). The adjusted earnings metric EBITDA is projected to reach ¥170 million (nearly quadrupling year-over-year).
