MediaDo Holdings is the controlling shareholder and parent company of Flier Inc., which operates independently within the group without significant operational constraints or risks due to differing customer bases and markets. As of February 28, 2026, there was no mutual exchange of personnel between Flier Inc. and MediaDo Holdings. Additionally, Flier Inc.'s board of directors makes independent decisions without relying on prior approvals from MediaDo Holdings according to related regulations.

In fiscal 2026, Flier Inc. had two transactions with MediaDo Holdings—one involving cooperative services and another providing its "flier business" service to MediaDo Holdings. However, the cooperative transaction ended during the fiscal year.
