Faltec to Amend Articles of Incorporation at Upcoming Shareholders' Meeting
TOKYO, Jul 03 (Pulse News Wire) – Faltec CO.,LTD. (7215.T) announced that it will propose amendments to its articles of incorporation at its 22nd regular shareholders' meeting scheduled for June 22, 2026.
The changes aim to establish provisions for temporary replacement auditors in case the number of statutory auditors falls below legal requirements. Additionally, the amendments will specify the term limits for such appointed auditors.
The proposed amendments include setting a four-year validity period for resolutions appointing replacement auditors and clarifying the tenure of those auditors once they take office. The amendments also detail the conditions under which the appointment of replacement auditors would expire, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.
