As of March 31, 2026, TPR Corporation owns 55.54% of FALTEC's shares directly, with no additional holdings through related companies. TPR Corporation operates globally in engine functional parts manufacturing and sees FALTEC’s entry into their group as beneficial for expanding presence in the automotive industry. Both companies maintain operational independence despite being part of the same sector.

FALTEC specializes in resin exterior parts and molding products for automakers, while TPR focuses on piston rings and cylinder liners. The agreement includes respecting FALTEC’s brand identity and ensuring operational autonomy. During fiscal 2026, there were no significant transactions requiring disclosure between FALTEC and its controlling shareholders.
