Faltec Reorganizes Executive Roles and Department Heads Effective August 16

TOKYO, Aug 06 (Pulse News Wire) – Faltec CO.,LTD. (7215.T) announced changes in executive duties and department head positions effective August 16, 2026, following a board meeting held.

In the reorganization, Yoshihiro Kawai remains as President and Representative Director, while Shoji Iiharaba continues as Executive Vice President and Managing Director. One key change involves Yoshitoshi Koshiro, who will transition from Deputy Center Manager of the Corporate Management Center and General Affairs Department Head to solely focusing on the Corporate Management Center's deputy role. Additionally, there was a shift in department leadership.

Masaki Yamazaki moves from his dual roles as General Affairs Department Head and Human Resources Section Chief to take on the position of Audit Committee Chair. Meanwhile, Keiichi Tokuzuka transitions from Audit Committee Chair to General Affairs Department Head, maintaining his responsibilities as Human Resources Section Chief. These adjustments aim to streamline operations and enhance management efficiency within the organization.
