Regarding accounting procedures related to container data center transactions. The committee aims to ensure high professionalism, neutrality, and fairness in investigating limited aspects of the company’s existing hardware and plus services business, which includes GPU servers and container data centers. The committee members consist of Yuusuke Ito, a lawyer from ZeLo Law Firm, who has no conflict of interest with the company; another member yet to be selected, expected to be a certified public accountant without conflicts of interest; and Tsuyoshi Takada, a lawyer from Wadakura Gate Legal Office, with whom the company has a legal advisory contract. The chairman will be elected among the members once selections are finalized. The investigation will focus on verifying factual relationships independently from management, evaluating the situation, and determining the impact on accounting.
