Accrete Launches Container Data Center Business with Getworks

TOKYO, Jun 25 (Pulse News Wire) – Accrete Inc. (4395.T) announced today that it has decided to launch a container data center business in collaboration with Getworks Co., Ltd.

The venture involves providing GPU servers and integrated solutions to system integrators and enterprises. The initiative aims to integrate existing AI and security solutions such as Forward Edge-AI’s quantum-resistant encryption and CustIntoCo's Genie AI engine. By leveraging Getworks' extensive experience in building and operating over 300 container data centers, the companies plan to offer enhanced services while mitigating risks associated with confidential data leakage. They aim to achieve sales growth from $X million to $Y million within five years.

Key roles include Accrete overseeing operations, acquiring GPUs, bundling quantum-resistant solutions, and handling sales, while Getworks focuses on design, development, consulting, and maintenance of the container data centers. The project will commence in July 2026, with fixed asset acquisition scheduled for June 26, 2026. Funding includes loans from financial institutions. The impact on fiscal 2026 performance remains uncertain due to the early stage of the venture.
