Accrete Completes Joint Venture Setup With CustIntCo Pte Ltd

TOKYO, Jul 01 (Pulse News Wire) – Accrete Inc. (4395.T) completed the establishment of its joint venture with CustIntCo Pte Ltd on April 08, 2026.

The newly formed subsidiary, CustIntCo Japan Co., Ltd., will focus on commercializing Genie AI engine solutions in Japan, offering products such as health monitoring service NAGI and real-time voice authentication solution Speaker Match. Capitalized at ¥10 million, the joint venture will operate under a holding ratio of Accrete Inc. 51% and CustIntCo Pte Ltd 49%. The subsidiary plans to integrate its technology into existing services offered by Konpeki Corp. and explore further applications through API integrations.

Revenue from NAGI is expected to begin accruing in July 2026. Going forward, Accrete Inc. intends to consolidate ANOTHER AI sales operations under the joint venture structure. The impact on the company's fiscal 2026 performance will be assessed and disclosed as necessary. CustIntCo Japan Co., Ltd.
