Accrete Appoints Interim Auditor Following Termination of Previous Contract

TOKYO, Jul 31 (Pulse News Wire) – Accrete Inc. (4395.T) resolved at today’s audit committee meeting to appoint Audit Firm Aria as its interim auditor based on provisions of the Companies Act and Financial Instruments and Exchange Law.

The decision follows the termination of the auditing contract with Frontier Audit Firm effective June 12, 2026. Audit Firm Aria, located at Tokyo, Minato Ku Hamamatsuchou 1-30-5 Hamamatsucho Square, was selected due to their suitability for Accrete's industry, business scale, and operations, as well as favorable conditions related to quality management, independence, expertise, and audit fees.
