Yokohama Gyorui Appoints New Executive Officer

TOKYO, May 11 (Pulse News Wire) – Yokohama Gyorui CO.,LTD. (7443.T) announced today that its board of directors has resolved to appoint Yu Kaneko as a new executive officer effective June 29, 2026.

Kaneko's appointment follows a promotion from his previous role as general manager of the southern branch. He will take up his new position during the company’s 92nd regular shareholders' meeting scheduled for June 29, 2026, followed by a subsequent board meeting.

Additionally, the company confirmed that Hiroyasu Matsuo, president and CEO, will remain in his current roles. This move reflects Yokohama Gyori's ongoing efforts to strengthen its leadership team ahead of key governance meetings later this summer.
