Yamae Group Holdings Appoints New Executives Effective June 19

TOKYO, May 15 (Pulse News Wire) – Yamae Group Holdings CO.,LTD. (7130.T) announced today that its board of directors held on May 15 decided on several key appointments effective June 19, ahead of the upcoming fifth regular shareholders' meeting scheduled for the same day.

Additionally, Nagano Masaki was promoted to CFO and Managing Director, while Kudo Kyoshi remains as a director. In addition to these appointments, the company also detailed the roles within its executive team. Notable promotions include Kumagae Yoichi to Managing Executive Officer.

Other executives appointed or retained their positions include Tani Akihiko as CSO, Okafuji Shinichi as CIO, Nishida Shinya as Operations Manager, Morita Yoshihiko as Legal Affairs Director, and Yokotake Shunichi as Accounting Manager. The newly structured leadership includes Ohda Hideo as CEO overseeing overall management, Osamu Hiroto as COO managing operations, Yamada Ryoji as CAO handling administrative affairs, Maruyama Takeko as CHRO responsible for human resources, and Nagano Masaki as CFO managing finance and accounting. Other executive officers such as Tani Akihiko, Okafuji Shinichi, Nishida Shinya, Morita Yoshihiko, Yokotake Shunichi, and Kawasaki Tsutomu will continue to play crucial roles in various departments.

The supervisory committee members remain unchanged, with Kasahara Nobuyuki, Mori Yasufumi, Abe Kanshin, Nakanishi Joji, Shimobayashi Masao, and Yamamoto Tomoko continuing their duties as audit committee members.
