Yamachu Begins New Business Hotel Project in Nagoya

TOKYO, Jul 24 (Pulse News Wire) – Yamachu Co., Ltd. (391A.NG) announced today that it has decided to develop a new business hotel project named “(Provisional Name) Just Inn Premium Nagoya Station Shinkansen Entrance.” The project, set to begin construction in November 2026 and open for operations in April 2028, will consist of 175 rooms located in Naka-ku, Noritake 1-chome, Nagoya City.

The total investment for the project is estimated at approximately July 24, 2026. The company stated that the decision was made to strengthen its stable revenue base through stock-type businesses. Following the successful launch of previous projects such as "Just Inn Premium Nagoya Station" in March 2017 and "Just Inn Premium Toyohashi Station Shinkansen Entrance" in April 2019, the fourth project, "Just Inn Premium Tokai Taikawa Station Front," is scheduled to commence operations in May 2027. With increasing demand for accommodation due to inbound tourism and domestic travel, Yamachu plans to continue expanding its portfolio of business hotels as part of its growth strategy. Details of the transaction, including the contractor for the construction works, will remain confidential under non-disclosure agreements.

Financing for the project will come from internal funds and loans from financial institutions. Any significant developments related to the project will be disclosed promptly.
