YAGI Completes Share Repurchase

TOKYO, Jun 30 (Pulse News Wire) – Yagi & CO.,LTD. (7460.T) completed the repurchase and cancellation of its own shares as per the resolution made during the board meeting held on May 11, 2026.

According to the company’s announcement, the repurchased shares consist of ordinary shares of Yagi & CO.,LTD. A total of 840,000 shares were canceled, representing 9.19% of the outstanding shares prior to the repurchase.

The cancellation was finalized. Following the completion of the share repurchase, the total number of outstanding shares stands at 8,300,000.

Additionally, the company now holds 30,547 shares as treasury stock.
