TOKYO, Jul 30 (Pulse News Wire) – Ureru Net Advertising Group CO.,LTD. (9235.T) completed the acquisition of Light Corp., a company specializing in AI service development and digital content operation support, through a resolution made at their board meeting held on July 30, 2026.

Light Corp., founded in March 2017, operates digital content management and AI service development businesses. It has achieved significant growth, reporting operating profits and revenues of ¥250 million and ¥250 million respectively for the fiscal year ending February 2026. With this acquisition, Ureru Net Advertising Group aims to accelerate its AI strategy and enhance competitive advantages in related fields. Key details of the transaction include acquiring 100% shares of Light Corp.

For a total consideration of Advisory Hiyoutou ¥18 million. The share transfer is scheduled to take place on June 30, 2026, making Light Corp. a fully integrated subsidiary effective from the fiscal year beginning July 2027. This move positions Ureru Net Advertising Group to leverage Light Corp.’s expertise in AI services and digital content operations, further solidifying its position in the growing AI sector.
