TVE Restructures Management and Appoints New Executives Effective Oct 1, 2026

TOKYO, Aug 07 (Pulse News Wire) – TVE CO.,LTD. (6466.T) announced organizational changes and appointments effective October 1, 2026.

The restructuring includes the establishment of a Strategic Planning Department and renaming the Information Systems Department to Digital Strategy Department. Additionally, a Technology Oversight Department will be created, with the Research and Development Center renamed to Research and Development Department. The Iga Plant will also be restructured and renamed Steel Manufacturing Division.

In personnel changes, Akihiko Idai was appointed Executive Director and Head of Risk Management, while Tsuyoshi Miyake became Senior Managing Director overseeing Maintenance Operations. Hirosi Kawakami was promoted to Senior Managing Director responsible for Production Operations and Technical Oversight, and Yasushi TaYa took up the role of Deputy Manager for Strategic Planning and former Chief of the Steel Manufacturing Division. These moves aim to enhance strategic planning, digital capabilities, and technological advancements to support sustainable growth and competitive product development.
