Hiraki Reorganizes Business Units and Appoints New Executives

TOKYO, Aug 05 (Pulse News Wire) – Hiraki CO.,LTD. (3059.T) announced organizational changes and executive appointments effective September 01, 2026, aimed at reconstructing customer touchpoints and optimizing operations within its direct sales business.

The restructuring includes the establishment of a new department called “Fulfillment Department” to oversee order processing, customer service, and logistics functions. Additionally, a Customer Services Division will be set up within the existing structure.

The Fulfillment Department will replace the Logistics Department and operate under the newly formed Fulfillment Headquarters. In related personnel moves, Hiroyuki Horii, currently serving as Executive Officer and Quality Management Director, will take on additional responsibilities as Head of the Fulfillment Department.
