Tsukuba Bank to Record Trust Fund Return Gain in September Earnings
TOKYO, Jul 30 (Pulse News Wire) – Tsukuba Bank, ltd. (8338.T) announced plans to record a trust fund return gain in its September earnings due to the anticipated return of excess pension assets.
The bank expects to receive approximately 4.700 billion shares on August 17, 2026. As a result of this return, the bank will recognize a special gain of approximately ¥2.800 billion in its consolidated and individual financial statements for the fiscal quarter ending September 2026.
This gain stems from the amortization of unrecognized actuarial differences associated with the fluctuation in the fair value of trust-settled shares. The bank's performance forecast remains unchanged since the last update on July 30, 2026.
However, should any revisions become necessary, Tsukuba Bank will promptly disclose them.
