TOYO Denki Seizo K.K.(Toyo Electric Mfg.co.,ltd.) Appoints New Directors and Auditors for Aug 27 Meeting

TOKYO, Jul 15 (Pulse News Wire) – Toyo Denki Seizo K.k.(toyo Electric Mfg.co.,ltd.) (6505.T) announced today that its board of directors has resolved to nominate candidates for directors, auditors, and alternate auditors for the upcoming 165th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for August 27, 2026. Newly appointed directors include Chiba Hiroyuki, who served as a director at JR East Technology Heart TESSEI, and Nakano Chiaki, Otsuka Akihiro, and Chiba Hiroyuki, all currently serving in executive roles within the company.

External directors Nomura Jun, Machida Yukioko, and Sugisaki Yasuo will also continue their roles. Current directors Terashima Kenzo and Yanagimoto Kenji will transition to advisory positions upon retirement. Regarding auditors, Otsuka Takatoshi, previously an executive officer, will take up the role of permanent auditor.

Kanaya Takumi, an external director at Park Holdings Corporation and a regular advisor at San'in Corporation, will join as an external auditor. Meanwhile, permanent auditor Kobayashi Jin and external auditor Abe Koichi will retire post-meeting. Following the meeting, the board plans to appoint Watanabe Ryo as president and CEO, Nomura Jun as managing director overseeing operations management, and Chiba Hiroyuki as technical and quality control manager.
