Totetsu Kogyo Appoints New Executives; Details Set for June 25 Shareholders' Meeting

TOKYO, Jun 08 (Pulse News Wire) – Totetsu Kogyo CO.,LTD. (1835.T) announced today changes in its executive lineup effective June 08, 2026.

The official duties assignment for directors and executives will be finalized during the regular shareholders’ meeting scheduled for June 25, 2026, followed by a board meeting. Among the newly appointed executives is Yasuo Ando, who will join as Executive Vice President from his previous role as Deputy Director of the Railway Department at East Japan Railway Company. For the June 25 shareholder meeting, several key positions remain unchanged, including Chairman Masayoshi Ise and President Ise.

Other roles such as Managing Director, Board Member, and Executive Officer will also maintain their incumbents. Notably, Hiromichi Nakamura will continue as Senior Executive Officer and Management Division Chief, while Kenji Okauchi remains as Senior Executive Officer and Construction Division Chief. Additionally, the company confirmed plans for various internal promotions and reassignments among existing executives, covering multiple divisions including management, construction, operations, and safety.
