Tomato BANK Announces Leadership Changes Effective June 26

TOKYO, May 13 (Pulse News Wire) – Tomato Bank,ltd. (8542.T) announced leadership changes effective June 26, 2026, pending approval at its annual shareholders' meeting and board session scheduled for the same day.

Additionally, Koichi Tanabe, currently director general manager of the operations department, will be elevated to executive vice president. Both promotions are subject to formal confirmation during the upcoming meetings.
