Tokyo SOIR REVISES FY2026 MID-YEAR FORECAST LOWER
TOKYO, Jul 31 (Pulse News Wire) – Tokyo Soir CO.,LTD. (8040.T) revised its mid-year forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2026 due to recent performance trends.
As of February 13, 2026, the company reported: Mid-Year Forecast Revision - Revenue: ¥7.999 billion - Operating Profit: ¥999 million - Ordinary Profit: ¥299 million - Net Profit: ¥58.6 million The revision reflects weaker-than-expected sales growth in its key wholesale business, particularly for its flagship product, Black Formalwear. Despite efforts to reduce costs, the decline in gross profit could not be offset, leading to lower operating, ordinary, and net profits compared to previous forecasts.
For the full fiscal year, the company maintains its existing projections but acknowledges ongoing uncertainty in the business environment. It plans to implement various measures to strengthen sales and improve profitability in the second half of the fiscal year.
In case further revisions are necessary, the company pledges to disclose updates promptly.
