TOEI Animation APPOINTS NEW BOARD MEMBERS AND EXECUTIVES

TOKYO, Jun 23 (Pulse News Wire) – Toei Animation CO.,LTD. (4816.T) appointed several board members and executives.

In addition, the board approved further personnel changes during its subsequent meeting: Board Appointments (Effective June 23, 2026): - Masahiro Takagi was reappointed as President and CEO. - Koji Morishita was newly appointed as Senior Advisor. - Hideki Tsuji was promoted to Deputy CEO. - Tomoharu Shinohara was reappointed as Executive Director overseeing Business Planning. - Yoshikazu Yamada was reappointed as Executive Director managing Production. - Fumio Yoshimura was reappointed as Director. - Kenji Tata was reappointed as Director.

- Naoko Nakayama was newly appointed as Independent Director. - Miyako Okada was newly appointed as Independent Director.
