Terra Drone 's Non-Control Shareholder Status Changes Due to Rights Issue
TOKYO, Jul 24 (Pulse News Wire) – Terra Drone Corporation (278A.T) announced that its non-controlling shareholder, President and CEO Toru Tokushige, ceased to hold a controlling stake effective July 23, 2026. The change was due to the issuance of subscription rights previously disclosed on June 15, 2026, and the exercise of existing subscription rights, which increased the total number of outstanding shares.
Notably, the reduction in Tokushige’s shareholding was not caused by any sale of his equity holdings. Prior to the change, Tokushige held 13,240 direct shares and 38,555 aggregated shares, totaling 51,795 shares, representing a significant portion of the voting power.
Post-change, he remains a major shareholder but no longer holds a controlling position. The company stated that this shift would not impact its management structure or performance outlook.
