Technoflex TRANSFERS MULTIAQUA RIGHTS TO HATADA MANUFACTURING

TOKYO, Jun 30 (Pulse News Wire) – TECHNOFLEX CORPORATION (3449.T) announced today that it has entered into a technology licensing agreement with Hatada Manufacturing Co., Ltd. for the water storage function-equipped pipe product, “MULTIAQUA.” The agreement covers intellectual property rights, technical information, and equipment transfer for the S Series, C Series, and P Series of MULTIAQUA products.

Under the contract, which was signed, TECHNOFLEX will grant Hatada Manufacturing the right to manufacture and sell MULTIAQUA products. The deal includes the transfer of patents and trademarks, along with necessary manufacturing data and technical guidance. Details of the compensation remain undisclosed due to confidentiality agreements but are expected to have a minor impact on TECHNOFLEX's performance. Hatada Manufacturing, based in Osaka, Hirakata Shi Shoudai Tazika, specializes in fire suppression and disaster prevention systems.

Founded in 1947, the company has a strong manufacturing and sales infrastructure. It currently serves as a customer for TECHNOFLEX’s products. The transition will begin once the necessary production setup is complete, likely in July 2027. Until Hatada Manufacturing starts producing MULTIAQUA, TECHNOFLEX will continue to fulfill existing orders and handle maintenance and replacements for sold units.

Post-transition, completed MULTIAQUA products will be manufactured exclusively by Hatada Manufacturing, though TECHNOFLEX will supply some parts to the new manufacturer.
