Tazmo revises mid-year earnings forecast
TOKYO, Aug 05 (Pulse News Wire) – Tazmo CO.,LTD. (6266.T) revised its mid-year earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2026 due to delays in acceptance of shipped equipment.
According to the latest figures released on August 05, the company now expects revenue of ¥12.68 billion, operating profit of ¥123 million, ordinary profit of ¥270 million, and net income attributable to parent shareholders of ¥35 million per share for the six months ended June 30, 2026. This represents a decrease compared to the previous estimates published on February 13, 2026. Specifically, the adjustments reflect lower sales due to delayed acceptances, increased costs associated with prolonged evaluation processes, and higher production expenses for certain devices.
As a result, the company anticipates a reduction in operating profit, ordinary profit, and net income attributable to parent shareholders. Despite these revisions, TAZMO maintains its full-year forecasts unchanged at this time. The company noted that the updated projections are based on available information as of the announcement date and acknowledged that actual results could differ due to various future factors.
