Systems Design Appoints New Auditor for June 23 Shareholders Meeting

TOKYO, May 21 (Pulse News Wire) – Systems Design CO.,LTD. (3766.T) announced today that its board of directors has resolved to appoint a new auditor effective June 23, 2026, during the upcoming 60th ordinary shareholders meeting scheduled for the same day.

The company's audit committee decided to replace the incumbent auditor due to the long tenure of the current auditor. The new auditor, Okuhoshi CPA Firm, was selected based on their ability to bring fresh perspectives, expertise, independence, quality control systems, and reasonable remuneration. Okuhoshi CPA Firm, located at Tokyo, Chiyoda Ku Yonbanchou 6, Tokei Hamadori Building, 11th floor, will be represented by executive partners Iwabuchi Makoto and Nagasawakawa Takashige.

They are currently registered under the Certified Public Accountants Law for auditing listed companies. In contrast, Azusa CPA Firm, which has served since 2003, will terminate its contract on June 23, 2026. There were no objections raised by either party regarding the transition.
