Sumitomo Realty & Development Corrects Sales Data in 2026 March Term Fact Sheets

TOKYO, May 18 (Pulse News Wire) – Sumitomo Realty & Development CO.,LTD. (8830.T) corrected certain sales data in its recently published 2026 March term Fact Sheets.

The revisions pertain specifically to condominium supply and sale figures within the sales department's review of operations. According to the revised report, the number of condominium units supplied in fiscal year 2026 was adjusted to 2,439 units compared to the previously stated figure.

Similarly, the number of condominium units sold in the same period was corrected to 2,398 units. Additionally, the number of completed but unsold condominium units stood at 1,393 units as of the end of fiscal year 2025, which differs from the initial report.
