Storage-Oh Reports July Occupancy Rate of 67%
TOKYO, Aug 05 (Pulse News Wire) – Storage-oh CO.,LTD. (2997.T) reported its July occupancy rate stood at 67%, with a total of 13,558 units available across its network.
The company noted a steady increase in operational efficiency, despite fluctuations due to store openings and closings. In July, the firm opened a new outdoor storage facility named Kurasiki Higashimachi 5-chome Trunk Room, adding 55 units to its portfolio. There were no closures during the same month.
Looking ahead, Storage-OH plans to open several new facilities throughout the remainder of 2026 and early 2027, including locations in Shuzenya, Kiwakawa, Takamatsu, Nihibara, Yokoshibakita, Yokohama, Gifu, Kawasaki, and Sakurazuka. The company’s detailed performance metrics show a consistent trend since January, with notable improvements in occupancy rates compared to previous quarters. Storage-OH continues to expand its footprint strategically, aiming to meet growing demand for self-storage solutions.
